went to Assumption Antipolo today for Sr. Luz's birthday

the AA retreat house, where the mass and lunch were held, looks and feels exactly the same. and this is considering the fact that the last time i was there was back in 2nd year high school. iba talaga. the environment there is so different.

it was mostly just relatives and friends, most titos didnt even go because.. they didnt want to miss the Pacquiao-Larios match. yes naman, our priorities haha :D the mass was at 11 and my stomach was grumbling the whooooole time.. i super couldnt wait to eat. finally.. it was lunch na! and wow, the food was all sooooooo good. watch tums, cholo and camille pig out. watch mommy 'forget' her diet. watch the nuns go crazy haha..

turkey, lechon, kare kare, dirty ice cream (my cousin liezl said para daw kaming nasa children's party), ASSUMPTION TARTS! tums went back to the buffet twice and got dessert three times. cholo and camille had about 5 ice cream cones each. mommy stuffed herself silly. and the nuns were just plain pigging out.

our lunch was spent watching the boxing match on tv, making kuwento, camwhoring (of course), and discovering that dan layug used to live in the house that we live in now. long story but there.

the assumption culture with the nuns, community sing-alongs, speaking in ilonggo and just being connected to everyone, is so strong in our family. its the best, i swear. and the type of thing that you'll only understand if youre an assumptionist yourself.

it was cholo's first time to really meet all the lolas and titas on my mom's side. watch him sweat like anything haha.. and all the lolas were touching his face, asking him the most awkward questions and giving him advice. i love my crazy family cholo does too haha

oh, badminton.

PE class today was fun. i sat down 90% of the time and the 10% was spent taking my practical test in service. give it up, naka uno si tums! haha :D im so sad wahahaha

maricar's birthday = food.

happy 19th birthday maricar!!! she treated me, gk, roxanne, elaine, paula, louise and krizel to yellow cab yum, yum, yum :D great food and good company made my day the best talaga.

only elaine and krizel were thoughtful enough to bring gifts for maricar so after lunch, we split up and secretly went gift-shopping. talk about unsuccesful, we spent more time looking at things for ourselves and camwhoring in the stores. finally, we decided to buy maricar cakes from art cakes.

haha, pa-star talaga, we gave the cakes at the start of our expe psych class. and yes, the prof was there na but we asked permission and she allowed us naman to come in and sing to maricar with the lighted cakes.

class is boring but friends make it a whole lot easier to get through.

2 hours and a half is way toooo long... i swear. but with such innovations as camera phones and chat rooms (haha ), it seems to go by a bit faster.

tums will be a busy, busy bee this week.

its a busy week for me! aside from class, i have a truelight core meeting tomorrow, the inseparable three lunch on wednesday, nothing on thursdayÜ, and faith's birthday party on friday. also, the acollege dwtl 26 weekend is on friday to sunday

i've been having a really great week so far and it can only get better

yesterday, i didnt really do anything aside from attending my classes. Theo (as usual) was hard to get through because it was so boring (the prof ha, not the subject matter). Rizal was abit better, I love how our professor makes it interesting by just making it kuwento and not by lecturing. English was nerve-wracking. haha We were set to deliver our speeches and because donna said that we didnt have to memorize it because we could read our copies, I didnt bother exerting effort trying to cram 6 paragraphs worth of my speech into my head. WELL, it turns out that we were supposed to memorize it so tums was panicking and making an outline on an index card. Nelly was panicking along with me coz she thought the same thing. Anyway, it all turned out okay, I pretty much just pretended to know what I was talking about and got a 9/10. haha, at least

didnt have class today so i got to sleep in (yup, waking up at 9 is pretty much sleeping in na for me). then mikko and camille dropped me off at glorietta where i met up with gianna and bianca for lunch yippee, it was just like old times, i love my inseparable three angels Ü we just made kuwento, talked about our love lives (haha), and had fun then after lunch we walked around and as usual, bianca shopped. hehe, cant wait till the next time we go out!

cholo picked me up after and when we got home, we just ate merienda and talked it was such a good day and im so excited for the weekend! and for the 20th of course hehe..

whoa, talk about right timing. i desperately need quality time with Jess.. and thats why im gonna make sure to be at the acollege dwtl weekend on saturday. aside from the fact that two of my kids are core (yeay, go issa and maj!), i really just miss being with Him and talking to Him. hay, school kasi eh...

funniest moment of my whole week was when i was walking to the gate of AC, about to go home na and then i run into a whole group of kinder students (and in true AC fashion, they were waddling after their teacher-- yes, they do resemble ducks -- and their hands were all behind their backs, just like we were taught to do when we were in kinder). one of them says in a really loud voice, "look at her, she's so large!" and the rest turn to look at me and they all go, "Wow..."

haha i never thought of myself as large before. i honestly dont know whether to take it as a compliment or an insult

friday

i love my mondays and fridays because i get to spend a lot of time with my blockmates during our break my blockmates are <3. camwhoring and chismis-ing with them are the best hehe

pocholo picked me up after class and we went to have merienda at glorietta (even if i insisted that there would be food at the party naman). then we went na to faith's house, ray-an's jeep is the coooooolest... im so sad i didnt get to take a picture in it

i love how fun bilog parties always are. and how the kuwentos and bonding is the best. towards the end of the night, tessa and i were the only two girls in the boys circle and their kuwentos were steering toward.. guy territory. but it was just so much fun bilog's the best

saturday

stayed home and slept most of the time which i havent been able to do lately. and it rained practically the whole day which was half-good and half-bad. i miss yoooouuu baby haha, wala pa ngang 24 hours that we havent seen each other, i miss you na! yihee

thank Jess for the cybernook its so funny, before i couldnt access livejournal because it was supposedly a "porn site".. now Multiply cant be accessed! wonderful..

past couple of days have been rainy (literally and figuratively). i've mostly been sick and sneezy and i was really looking forward to not having class today so that i could stay home and rest. thank you Gloria for lifting the suspension of classes in Manila. me and my cold thank you.

i've also been worried about cholo. his grandmother was rushed to the hospital last tuesday and she got a stroke and was brought to the ICU wednesday buti nalang she's recovered abit and we received news that there's no damage to her brain.. guys, i f you can, please pray for her. we'd really appreciate it..

KREED tomorrow! hope you guys can come and support, it'll be a really great event great bands, a fashion show with the hottest college students and you'll also be helping out three youth orgs! haha, buy mineral water! cholo and i are in charge of the mineral water table/booth..

i have around 300 (no kidding) pictures to upload but im soooo tamad... haha, it can wait naman eh.

past couple of days have left me tired. sleepy. and fever-y. and not excited at all to turn 20.

KREED was such a success!! congrats, congrats to everyone had fun, alot of super unexpected things happened though, stuff that got me thinking. coincidence? dont think so. Jess has His reasons. and for that Im really just so thankful.

I'll always remember: setting-up. making kalikot Ryan's phone (and getting scandalized with Ree). not eating lunch *boo...*. pigging out on hamwiches and shawarma. water/softdrinks booth shifts. watching the bands from the 2nd floor. camwhoring even with people I didnt know. the power of the all-access nametags. the buff bodacious bouncers haha. 12 midnight and alot, lot more great KREED moments

birthday/anniversary countdown: 3 days to go!

its been exactly a week since i last updated thats 7 days worth of kuwentos and chismis hehe..

i celebrated my 20th birthday and our 2nd year anniversary last wednesday that was lots and lots of fun thanks to everyone who greeted and made my/our day the greatest. thanks especially to my baby who made me feel extra princess-like on my/our special day

and yes, just like last year, we celebrated by stuffing ourselves silly and pigging out. two straight days yun ha, the 19th and 20th hehe

saturday was a hectic but really fun day for me. we visited mommy (cholo's lola) and just basically bummed there the whole afternoon. then we went home to cholo's house coz he had to take a bath/change and ray-an and michelle came over and bummed with us too. then we went to capitol hills for aneka's debut! sayang, the truelight5 carebears werent complete, but i still had a great time with chakai, cy, karla, miggy, ina, erica, aneka and ayeen

after (literally) eating and running, we went to maro's party at his house. bilog wasnt complete din but we still had fun despite the fact that i was sneezy and abit sick. galing maro's band! abit of camwhoring and lotsa drinks and a whole lot of kuwentos made our night great

last week of july! wow, pretty soon the 'ber' months will be here, then it'll be christmas na!
