but for the most part, my mom's the best just now, she texted me asking what i was doing and if i wanted pasalubong or food or whatever. and its not as if she left for a really long time, she just went to the parlor..

havent been updating (why have i been tamad lately?!?!) and there's been A WHOLE LOT going on

monday- late monday afternoon, we decided to go to the beach and take note, the plans were for the next day na. that meant cholo had to cut ALL his classes for the day, since the rest of us dont have school talaga on tuesdays. the funny thing is, cholo is super tipid with his cuts and for the past three school years, he's never cut for a gimmick or anything... yes naman, so obviously we really, REALLY just wanted to take a break and go away for the day

tuesday- didnt mind waking up early at all.. and cholo (who's SUPER hard to wake up and is usually late) was on time! yeay, galing baby we went to pick up rianna, then went to pick up chris, and then we were off!

the funny thing is, we didnt have a clue where in batangas to go. talk about totally winging it, after stopping over at paseo (to look at and1, nike, etc) and select for drinks (beer libre ni chris! wow naman), we went to andok's to buy our lunch and then we went na to punta fuego.

the beach wasnt as pretty as most beaches... but it was still relaxing. and after all the school stress we've been going through, we all needed this fun talaga, the boys played soccer, volleyball and ate and drank away while ree and i just sat on the sand near the water saraaaaaaaaap. four more months till bora...... nothing beats talaga

we left at around 6 to avoid the traffic and we stopped at mushroom burger in tagaytay for dinner. that was fun

wednesday- i had class from 9 till 4... which really sucked. but the nice part about the day was, i had kuwento/bonding/chika sessions with roxanne, angge, hasna and olivia which was great for me because i got tons of chismis... haha, kidding. no but seriously, it was such a full day with all the lectures and homework and seatwork, but having those moments with my friends made it all better.

thursday- yesterday, i had literally no plans of going out but mikko and camille woke me up to go to the team manila sale in their studio in ecoville. good thing i went because mommy went also (to buy christmas gifts) and i was able to score two shirts! yippee and cholo loved the shirt i bought for him, so i was happy of course.

anyway, after we dropped mommy back home, we went to jt's with timmy, rianna and raissa to have lunch yum yum yum, ilonggo food is the best after stuffing ourselves silly, rianna, raissa, timmy and i went to the gatus' house to hang out lang.

grapes with chocolate, euro trip, perez hilton, looking at a certain person's multiply and laughing our heads off (hello, shackles?!), searching cervical cancer on the net, looking at poveda 2004's yearbook, playing the guitar game.. i love those girls, i swear the best talaga, povedans are so easy to get along with

cholo also arrived while we were there, and so did mikko, camille, nicky and omar.

something sad happened after, and we all went to cardinal santos just for moral support. while we were there though, trust tums to pig out like she always does, aside from eating rice in the hospital canteen, we had krispy kreme donuts pa from carlo! our whole group trooped to the parking lot where we stuffed ourselves na naman and just took pictures and made kuwento.

after, we decided to have dinner out and so we went to shakey's in greenhills. pizza is the best comfort food, cheesy pizza even better

had a really long day and so when i got home, i just fell into bed and had the best sleep...

today's a new day, and the start of a new month at that! only 30 days left till the start of a new year and honestly, its just been the best year ever

i mean, not like we'll ever really know because we're girls but really, what do they do? talk about? im hoping that since cholo's boys' night out tonight is with tommy, jb and martin, they'll actually be talking about their girl friends and not other girls... lagot sila if they are! faith, alessa, tessa and i will be ready to show them all who's boss hahaha

whats also sucky about tonight is that im dreading tomorrow... i have saturday class boo bad trip talaga, waking up early on saturdays? and to think that i'll be doing this till march ugh

today wasnt as blah as i thought it'd be. dreading nstp and going to school and waking up early and all that... turned out to be totally ok naman pala so the nstp lecture was as boring as hell but making kuwento with xahn and angge made it all okay. angge and i had the most fascinating conversation about bikinis, boy friends, dads, etc. haha the best talaga..

after, had lunch with my baby and we also got to spend time just walking around glorietta and greenbelt. drooooooool.. i finally found the paris hilton confessions of an heiress diary! i want... my christmas money is already disappearing before my eyes, even before i've actually gotten it haha

we were also able to visit the greenbelt chapel which is always a treat for me, just because i love praying with my baby

had an ice cream merienda and then had to go home na. this is whats funny in my house on friday/saturday nights: EVERYONE'S OUT. seriously. everyone has his/her own lakad. and tonight, im the unfortunate one stuck at home because im too tired (and lazy) to go watch happy feet with sina mikko. boooooo... its ok though, cholo had dinner with me naman and now im just happily multiply, friendster and lj stalking so it's all good

im super duper REALLY excited for our lunch on tuesday! i cant wait to see my friends, its been too long. grabe, im sure everyone has their own sets of kuwento.. cant wait

i just realized that an irritating thing about having saturday classes is that i feel like i only have one day of weekend rest okay, so i have two other free days during the week, but still. weekends are supposed to be sacred and school-free. daym...

today was relaxing in a sense, even if we went out and i didnt get to laze and bum around as much as other Sundays. shopping is the greatest therapy for me and so today was the best haha i have another 'princess' tee to add to my collection, yippee

my cholo's sick now so im a bit worried.. he hardly gets sick but when he does its usually severe i remember the time he accidentally ate shrimp, i was super worried coz he had a really extreme allergic reaction and had rashes and all

so, i still have to finish my nstp resume, mine and hasna's psych testing report/interpretation, get ready for our english discussion tomorrow, the Sheldon reporting on wednesday, and the requirements for interviewing techniques.

what happened to the holiday slump the professors usually go through this time of year? i distinctly remember that the last two years, profs usually get all tamad and go easy on us for the last weeks before christmas break.

so, i wasnt really surprised when i got a text from my friend saying that she had broken up with her boy friend. for like, the 100th time since they've gotten together.

and just like always, when she asked me advice, i refused to give her any. im not in a position to tell her what to do. its HER relationship. besides, im not her, and her boyfriend's not cholo. just like how when me and cholo have our disagreements, we dont involve others. what for? if we cant fix it ourselves, how can we expect others to, right?

thankfully, in the 2 years and (almost) 5 months that cholo and i have been together, we've never broken up. not once. not even for a minute or one of those patawa/pretend/pa-cute break-ups that couples get into. thank Jess talaga. breaking up is never an option... right baby?

and thankfully also, pocholo is probably one of the most patient guys on the PLANET. if not the most patient haha especially when i brat attack... hay, grabe. he's the ONLY one who can handle me when i bitch. and believe me, i can throw really big tantrums when i want to.

we had this activity in one of my major Psych subjects and it was that 'we-used-to-do-this-back-in-grade-school' activities... the one where you stick a piece of paper on your back and go around, and everyone writes what their first impressions of you was.

back when we did use to have that activity, the responses i would get were always: mataray, suplada, etc... anything along those lines.

so, i was definitely suprised when this time, most of what was written on my back were: sosyal, snob, conyotic, and eletist.

HUH right...

i still dont know whether to take any of those as insults or compliments. bleh.

as a consolation, i did get smart and approachable as well.. haha at least there were a few good responses right?

my week started out on a happy note (which makes me think that the rest of the week is gonna turn out pretty great too..)

yesterday, had breakfast with cholo at red ribbon before my pe class.. lucky boy has no monday classes for like the next two months! daya haha, our breakfast wasnt really just BREAKFAST... it was more of brunch, with us eating rice and pasta and cake.. pigging out before my pe class was weird (considering i was gonna dance around after)..

PE wasnt as boring as it usually is.. lets just say april and i were struggling with the cha-cha... daym, ang hirap!

my pocholo waited for me, and we had lunch at hotshots after. yum yum yum, cant remember the last time we ate there im not really a burger/sandwich person, im really a rice-eater but i was still STUFFED. thanks boo

after, had 3 straight mind-numbing hours of lecture, lecture, and more lecture. my brain was literally FRIED when i left school at 5...

the past two days have been good but sadly, i've been sick not too sick to enjoy it though, thankfully picture this though: in the past 48 hours, i've drank three different medicines/cold tablets and polished off three packs of kleenex and two rolls of toilet paper. aksaya much?

anyway, yesterday was fun had lunch with bianx (our lunch for five was trimmed down to... two) and we literally pigged-out in Gerry's. yes, we ordered enough for a barangay and we ended up (OBVIOUSLY) not finishing it. it was really fun catching up with bianca and exchanging chismis about old kabarkadas, classmates, etc no matter how long she's been away, every time she comes back, it really feels like nothing's changed at all.

after, we walked around and waited for everyone else to arrive. hello, glorietta tour... haha and parang im not there almost everyday noh?

mike came after, and i was the third wheel for... oh about 10 minutes i've forgotten what it feels like to be partner-less! oh well.. and then tessa came na so we decided to just hang out in starbucks. (yes, the same July 20, 2004 starbucks )

tessa was a few stickers away nalang for her planner and now, she's only a sticker away! wow, galing my cholo came a few minutes after that and we just made kuwento and... YUN NA. dami nang new kuwento.. and new developments. lets just say, we had  A LOT to talk about..

after, we decided to walk around lang and then mike realizes he's hungry. so yeah, we looked for a place to eat.. the funny thing about it was that, mike said he was craving for Filipino food.. and that he wanted to eat in Shakey's.. so, considered na Filipino food na pala ang Shakey's noh? haha

THEN! tandananannnnnnnn... the birthday girl arrived happy 21st birthday loi!! and we finally met mikey yeay FINALLY... sad lang coz we only got to spend less than an hour together since it was late na din still, at least we got to see them pa.

cholo dropped me home after and tada! my sniffles got worse i was sneezing nonstop the whole night and yes, i woke up this morning feeling TOTALLY wrecked. nice way to wake up to a FULL DAY of classes... and major subjects at that...

today wasnt that bad naman. just really tiring, and it seemed like the whole day kept me hopping. from my morning class, to finishing our psych testing report during our one-hour break, to reporting for our personality class, its a wonder i didnt faint or anything, considering i was really feeling SUPER sick.

and my baby was just the sweetest i totally forgot that i had to pass a 1x1 id picture of myself today, and i was panicking the whole morning.. cholo went all the way to makati to have my id pictures in parksquare developed, and he brought it to me in school and because i was in class, i only got to see him for around 5 minutes, and he was still sweet about it thanks booboo

im really looking forward to resting the whole day tomorrow, since our plans to hangout at bianca's got cancelled. i need to ressssssssst. BADLY.

another tale of break-up woe: my blockmate and her boy friend of almost two years broke up last monday sad news, considering she always makes me kuwento about their love story and how they are, etc... and its christmas time! sad talaga

i passed by the students' lounge during lunch today and saw the athletes' banner/tarp and i got this strange feeling of nostalgia. i super miss Danzmove.. a part of me sometimes wishes that I never went on leave from the team, but also, a part of me knows that I made the right decision considering first year was really hard for me, what with all my Science subjects. super sayang lang coz being part of that certain dance troupe was different, it was really like a family and i always felt comfortable with EVERYONE.

so i only got to go on saturday morning and sunday morning... boo for me talk about feeling guilty for missing my own days kid's rectorship batch...

anyway, it was such a really, REALLY good feeling to come back to acollege dwtl. so yeah, i missed only one batch but still, i felt like a lot changed (and it did), and there was a whole batch of dazers that i didnt know and had never met. coming back changed all that and i felt as comfy as i did back when i started staffing sarap talaga, and i got to spend one-on-one time with Someone i've been missing.. sarap talaga You're the best. being high on You is the absolute, greatest feeling EVER.

saturday morning was spent with gk and xahn *ahem who spent more time making kuwento their adventures than staffing hahaha* and sunday morning naman, i was with cholo, camille, mikko, chris, rianna and timsy the best, i swear

who's on break? who's FINALLY on break?

i wanna cry.. no seriously. after all the stress over psych testing, and english, and PE?! i deserve this break. i NEED to make bawi sleep.

but im so happy christmas shopping, here i come! yup, tums has procrastinated this year and i have zero gifts for everyone. talk about cramming.. i love shopping though, so its not gonna be a hassle for me to brave the malls-slash-christmas-rush-slash-people-crowding-everywhere.

i've been having a really good week though, despite all the deadlines and school stress. pocholo and i have gotten to spend quality time together lots, and this is in spite of his hellish duty schedule. thanks for always making time for me baby and for always going out of your way to see me even when i know youre as busy as can be thats why i love you!

i was inside the bathroom in rustans and i was fixing myself in front of the mirror, when a little preschool/grade schooler from AC told her mommy how she wanted to have lots of earrings like the big Assumption girl. so yes, big na pala ako and here i was thinking i needed to bulk up and gain more weight! hehe...

kilig moment of my day was when we were having lunch and i was tinkering with cholo's phone and looking at the pictures in his gallery.. normally, when he takes pictures (the few times that he does, since he's not so much of a camwhore as i amÜ, he doesnt change the standard picture name. then i saw this folder named "isabelle" and solo pictures of me were in it! and the labels of the pictures were "my pretty baby", and "my princess", etc aww, whatta cutie

all i want for christmas is are:

• a pretty notebook for me to personalize and fix up, as my 2007 planner (i am super against the Starbucks planner as there is no space for me to stick pictures, etc... and it costs too much seeing as i dont even drink coffee)
• pretty flats in pink/silver/gold (or in all colors hehe...)
• new havs. yes, my old pairs are seriously worn out na. they literally scream when i wear them hehehe... (okay, hindi naman..)
• the ballerina charm bracelet from Rustans
• a new princess cell strap to replace my dirty one. kahit same print, okay lang i love it naman eh
• the skinny jeans i've been drooling over for the past weeks... mommy...
• brown/rainbow striped bikini i found today. its only 900 bucks. thats minus 900 from the christmas money i have yet to receive hehe...

i cant remember if i have more to add its funny, but i lust over soooooo many things that i cant even remember them anymore! oh well, hopefully i get good, good stuff this year..

so this weekend has been THE MOST TIRING two days ever... okay, exag hindi naman EVER.. basta its just been really tiring

faith. at tramo dos yesterday + dwtl outreach at libis today = ouchy feet and legs and a super sleepy tums..

im super excited for this week though  all the parties, lunches, dinners, and of course, GIFT SHOPPING! yippee i cant wait!

watched this movie on hbo/cinemax yesterday and it was the cutest! it was about these 5 cheerleaders who were witnesses to a crime and so they had to hide out with this agent (who was posing as their cheerleading coach) for their protection, etc. basta ang cute haha just sharing...

speaking of break-up season, another friend of mine has ended it with her boy friend of four years. sayang... and whats sad is, it ended because the guy was cheating on her. WHATS EVEN WORSE IS... she found out from his friends that he's been cheating on her for around a year now.

on a happier note

its been three years since that fateful birthday celebration that started it all.

three years since we snuck more than ten girls into a hotel room pretending that we werent really all gonna sleep there. since we went crazy shopping for white outfits for rizzy's temple debut. since we all bought our matching white racerbacks (yes, bagong uso palang yun nun..). since we had dinner with loi's family and her older brother was drooling over val (haha), while her younger brother called me fat in the top i was wearing (the top which, by the way, i felt the need to burn after that night that comment). since we went to the now defunct aubar in greenbelt where we drank, and some waiter spilled a whole pitcher of alcohol on most of us that resulted in an... argument? hindi naman. (up to now, im still a bit blurry on what exactly happened with the waiter) since we went to wherelse and danced, danced, danced and yup, danced some more.

oh yeah, and since the night i met the guy that would change my life forever. haha, corny but true.

and who wouldve thought that the guy who'd pull the chair out for me at the bar, the guy i didnt even notice THAT MUCH when he was introduced to me, would end up being my baby? funny how the world works funny how Jess makes things possible.

fuuuuuuun. i miss those crazy highschool times (and the crazy highschool parties as well)..

i've always been a sucker for those kilig, unexpected happy ending movie scenes. you know, the scenes where everything seems hopeless, the heroine is discouraged and the prince charming just comes waltzing in to make everything all better.

like when ryan philippe comes up the escalator to meet reese witherspoon in cruel intentions, after they had that huge fight.

and when molly ringwald was outside the church in her big poofy bridesmaid dress in sixteen candles. and the extremely hot senior she had a major, hopeless crush on, was there waiting for her (with matching red sports car haha).

and in shall we dance, when richard gere comes up the department store escalator in a tux, holding a rose and he asks susan sarandon to dance with him.

i dont exactly have a point to all this, just that happy endings are possible. even when everything seems hopeless, and love seems like the farthest and most impossible thing.

this has been one of the most hectic, magastos, FUNNEST, most memorable, and camwhorest weeks i've ever had

i've loved every minute of it. and i can honestly say that everything that happened this week has brought back the kid in me, and that the christmas spirit i thought to be gone, is alive and kicking once again

DEC 18

monday was when we FINALLY began shopping for our christmas gifts haha talk about majorly putting it off till the last possible minute (or week, in this case).. we were able to buy stuff for mommy and camille.. and of course, somethings for me as well always naman eh, no shopping trip is complete without even just a little something for me.. yippee

after, cholo and i went with camille and carlo to the infamous Policarpio Street. wow. WOW. talk about food trip galore! we didnt take that many pictures mainly because we had left our phones in the car.. trauma kasi, since carlo lost his phone there last year (someone picked it from his back pocket). so yeah, there. basically all we did was inhale food. and the great thing about the food there is, not only is it YUMMY, its also dirt cheap! so our P200 or so definitely went a long way. and our dinner consisted of shawarma, fishballs, and a LOT more. yuuuuuuuum. pinoy street food is such a treat haha

was also able to buy a hair band for me! yeay

DEC 19

tuesday morning was christmas shopping part 2 for me  also, i needed a top for the bilog christmas party so i literally SCOURED the entire glorietta, from end to end, in search of a pretty top.

here's the weird thing. i couldnt find ANYTHING. not in people, not in terranova, not in mango, not in zara, not even in topshop. i went to goldcrest and red lane and not one stall/store had ANYTHING that i was even remotely interested in. NOTHING. ZILCH.

i was close to tears and ready to give up until i saw a semi-decent pink top that i bought nalang. i figured i'd just have to make the most of the situation and at least i had something to wear right?

rushed to our barkada lunch at bianca's and i honestly thought everyone was already there. turns out, only gianns and tim were there palang and everyone else was running late as well.

had lots of fun THE BEST food (i love tita lizzie's cooking!) and the greatest company, im just sad we didnt get to stay as long as i would have wanted. had to leave early din kasi coz cholo was in charge of the food for the bilog party at night and we had to be at maro's house early.

normally, we arrive late for barkadahans and parties, but this time.... TADA! we were the earliest. even apple wasnt there yet, just maro. haha it was kinda funny if you think about it, because cholo is the SLOWEST person when it comes to going out. he takes really long to get ready and all that. so there we were, for the first time, waiting for everyone else to arrive.

as usual, the bilog christmas party was the best. i love how everyone gets along so well: the girls are all friends, the guys are all easy to get along with, and all we do is laugh when we all get together. there was the usual camwhoring, inuman, games, and exchange gifts which were all really fun and all the boys were complete! for the first time, everyone was all accounted for. on the girls' part naman, leioh was the only one kulang.. sayang.

another first for me was that, at the end of the night, i wasnt rushing to go home AT ALL. and this is from someone who has a 2:30am curfew (yes, i still have a curfew. i know, SO HIGH SCHOOL) its weird, when im with my siblings, i can go home any time, kahit mga 5am na.. but when im out with cholo or with friends, i have to be home at 2:30 on the dot.

so what time did i finally go home?

3:45 am  haha, talk about pushing my luck! good thing my mom was fast asleep at that time. got away with it, yes

wednesday was the batangas day trip with timmy, the ramoses, macky, etc. but i was WAY TOO TIRED to even contemplate getting up at 5am.. add to that the fact that i didnt even ask permission yet, and that i didnt get enough sleep.. so, to make a long story short, i didnt get to go sorry tims...

heard they had a great time and batangas is greeeeat so i know cholo and i missed alot. still, we were able to sleep in and make bawi a bit of sleep, so there was an up side after all.

spent the afternoon-night at home and cholo just came over nalang to celebrate our 29th month! yeeeeaaaah and, as usual, to celebrate we stuffed ourselves silly YET AGAIN. this time, we had a pizza hut pasta/pizza pig-out fest and the sad part is, we didnt even finish it.. haha

thursday was mikko's 24th birthday and we all went to di marks to have lunch. carlo was the only one who couldnt make it though, but other than that, we were all present and accounted for ugh, im not the biggest fan of di marks so i cant say i enjoyed the food... but it was okay my family loves di marks, i think im the only one who doesnt, which means that when there's a birthday, i usually end up not enjoying as much as they do..

after lunch, we all went around greenbelt. that was hilarious because we were looking at clothes and stuff, and we all just kept laughing and joking around.. fun i love my family. (and the partners)

after, we went to ecoville to see if there were new team manila designs/shirts. my siblings LOVE team manila TOO MUCH. haha, theyre practically obsessed! im not, really.. i only have one shirt

we just bummed in the house after, waiting for people to arrive for the combined ac, truelight and ctk dwtl christmas party.

the party was.... the usual fun that days parties usually are. extreme camwhoring as usual, and it was great seeing a lot of people who i dont regularly see (kathrine, the ac girls, TRINA BULING! WELCOME HOMEÜ.

rested the whooooole morning.. and then got ready for the 8:30 dwtl-sponsored mass at ctk. cholo was gonna offer so he got all dressed up pa... and he looked so cute i love how he looks in formal/semi-formal wear

after the mass, we headed to fairview (FAAAAARview) for darl's birthday party. extreme struggle and adventure to get there and actually find the house, but it was ALL WORTH IT in the end. bawing-bawi... sa lasagna and chocolate fountain and personal pizzas!!!

pigging out and enjoying the yummy food wasnt all we did. we also played billiards, and for the first time in my life, i ACTUALLY PLAYED. usually i just watch or whatever, this time though rianna and i played against each other. okay, so i lost both times. but hey, it was my first time! there's always room for improvement haha...

we drank some more after playing and i found a new friend!!! BACCARDI.... yuuuuuuuuuumyyyyyy.

friday was the magsajo christmas party! so cholo and i were at their house, afternoon palang.. only to find out that all the other relatives and cousins were coming at mga 6 pa we got to make kuwento with the others though, so it was a good thing we came so early.

i can still remember a time when i was so scared of meeting cholo's family and cousins and titas.. and how i was so afraid they wouldnt like me or wouldnt approve of me or something. now, im so comfy with them that that's the farthest thing from my mind i love how im so at ease around them, how they all go out of their way to make me feel at home, how they tease me, and how they just feel like family. haha, corny but true

had a great time and would have wanted to stay till reeaaaally late, but we still had another party to go to, the yuppie party at carlo's house. we left at around past 9 with cholo's lola packing her yummy leche flan pa for me, something that really made me feel touched haha she was forcing me pa to bring it home since, of course, i was medyo nahihiya and all.

we arrived at carlo's at around 10 and there werent that much people there na. still, the party was fun because halfway through it slowly turned into a.... poker/pusoy dos night haha i love playing cards, i suck at gambling though. oh yeah, and i drank lots and lots of the famous happy juice..... yuuuum.

today was relaxing, didnt really do much till this afternoon when us siblings went on errands to pick up food, etc. cholo was with us for a while, and then he had to go home na din to spend time with his family

i remember a time when i'd wake up early on christmas day, excited to eat more food (leftovers from the noche buena the night before), and excited to play and go over all the christmas gifts i had gotten.

today, i woke up at 1pm. haha tired much? cholo was also still asleep, so i called and woke him up.

christmas REALLY is for the kids the holiday is different when youre a child, you feel the excitement and spark more. christmas isnt ONLY for kids though, i guess its just that you learn to appreciate different things when youre older.

didnt get as much gifts as i usually do, but it doesnt really matter. (haha, yeah rightÜ no but really, the little gifts that i did get, were the best

the greatest gifts of course, are still the people i have and love. keso but true i love you guys, merry christmas!

this christmas break has been the funnest ever it seems like i've been out mostly everyday, and there hasnt been a single boring moment. on the (one? two?) days that i have stayed at home and just rested, cholo came over so fun talaga

tentative batangas day trip tomorrow!! beeeeeeeeeach. cant wait i miss frolicking and sitting on the sand and.... wading. haha.

yesterday was fun. we left the house at around 11 to go to store for all seasons in shaw.. and found out they were closed. boo..... anyway, we went to jt's nalang to have lunch and it was cholo's first time to eat there! so mr jacobe had fun eating the really yummy inasal

then, we dropped raissa home and stayed for a while to play with their shih tzu puppy, nash... cutie sobra after, we dropped camille off at the parlor and then went home for a while to change. pocholo kasi eh, making a big deal about my short (daw) skirt. so i had to change into jeans hrmph...

then we went to rockwell just to go around and make tambs. its been a long time since i've gone around powerplant and i've really missed that mall. there was a time back in high school where we were there practically every week. (back in high school, we didnt really go to glorietta all that much..guess it was coz of the crowd) anyway, we basically window shopped, tried on stuff, ate gelato yumyum, camwhored, saw unexpected people, hunted for bikinis, and mikko bought a new phone.

we were supposed to watch a movie but the only ones showing are all filmfest entries.. so, no nalang.

we left powerplant and went to podium after that. visited macky at viktor and camwhored a bit there, and then went to have dinner at pinoydon. yummy foood. was really full when we left. then we just went around and window shopped and fit stuff some more.

we were supposed to hang out at rianna's after but there was no parking so we just decided to go home. mikko was busy making kalikot his new phone, so we just basically made kuwento in our sala.

fun, fun day i realized just how much i missed going around the mall (any other mall besides glorietta and greenbelt, that is..).

yesterday was fun

the batangas beach trip didnt push through (because of someone) haha, pero okay lang we still found a way to have fun and make the most of the day.

met up with a few truelight 5-ers in eastwood and we didnt really feel like eating in Dencio's so cholo, mikko, rianna and i ate at Jack's loft instead. pig-out na naman... this is why im slowly gaining weight!

after, karla went with us and we stopped by the and1 warehouse to buy mikko's christmas gift... unfortunately he had no size (haha) so we didnt get to buy the shirt for him.

we left and headed to.. MANILA ZOO!! tagal na we've been talking about going and since we didnt have plans for yesterday, we decided to just go.

wow, the place has changed. okay, so the last time i was there was around.. 15 years ago (whoa. who's old?). but i remember it being much bigger. or maybe, i was just a whole lot smaller before.. anyway, there. the entrance fee was pretty cheap and all we wanted to do anyway was camwhore with the animals, and see what they had, etc.

can i just say that i HATE snakes, lizards, and monkeys?? eeeeeew, theyre really, REALLY gross. still took pictures of them though haha the birds were a bit boring, but the elephant was sooooo cute! i remember how cute and tame they were when we rode them in Bangkok. we didnt get to see the tiger (it was sleeping ), and the giraffe and lion were nowhere to be found! but we did see the hippo.... hooray for mikko! haha

there were a lot of people, mosty families which made the place literally a zoo. still, i had fun though. most of the time i was busy making sita cholo  though, i dont understand why he has this fascination of sticking his fingers into the cages and calling the animals! eh kung kagatin siya?!

it was getting pretty late na so we left Manila Zoo and passed by Tramo Dos for a while to check on the team manila mural. so far, no one has vandalized it or anything (which is good).

we were pretty hungry so we decided to go to Mall of Asia to have dinner and go around. that mall is biiiiiiiiig. it was my first time to see it and even if we went around a bit, i dont think we covered even 25% of the whole mall. the rink is so nice. makes me want to go back to skating again...

miggy and macky followed and we had a BIG dinner at Mann Hann. yumyumyum, chinese food will always be my favorite

we went around again after dinner, and then we left to go to Intramuros to drop by the DLSU DWTL party at Clifford's house.

wow, thats where the night's adventures REALLY started.

tamad to make kuwento the whole story but lets just say that, 6 people crammed in macky's car, trying not to laugh/talk/make noise, and trying desperately to listen to what was happening outside, was the funniest thing that happened the whole day

after we left Intramuros, my mother started texting and demanding where i was and what time i was gonna be home, so to placate her, we just stopped by 7-11 to buy ice cream and went home. then we played poker nalang in our house haha, that was fun

this christmas break has been THE BEST ever. i dont know how many times i've already said that but its true. everyday has been an adventure, and i've gotten to spend time with the people i looooooove. fun talaga. 2006 has been the best.

and i cant wait for 2007! there are so many things i want to do, and the promise of 365 new days is so exciting

yesterday afternoon, while waiting for my baby to arrive, i watched the princess bride on vcd.

do you guys know that movie? i grew up on that movie, and princess buttercup was my idol as a kid haha anyway, it was fun re-watching it, since i've sorta forgotten the story and even the characters have grown hazy over the years.

and because i was on a princess bride high, i decided to read the book as well. for the longest time, this thick hard-bound book has just been sitting on my bookshelf, so i decided to read it naman (since i didnt have anything to do din this morning).

there's a line in the book (and the movie) that goes: "true love can never be stopped. not by separation, not by death, and not by a thousand swords."

at around 8 pm last night, i seriously thought i'd just be spending the night friendster profile-reading and picture-looking...

then, i get a call from rianna and they were making yaya to go out. and since it was the last saturday night of the year (wow), cholo and i were game, of course.

so, rianna, mikko, chris, trina and i left the house and our original inuman place was supposed to be jt's in gilmore. looks like everyone had the same idea coz the place was packed, so we just decided to drink nalang in grilla in libis.

cholo met us there and we basically just spent the whole night drinking, talking, fondue, cheese sticks, and chicharon eating, and reliving the 80's and early 90's (haha, dont ask). blossom and omar also came after a while so the kuwentuhan became more fun

that was a great way to spend a saturday night. fun fun fun and i love the people i was with

i spent the whole afternoon (and early evening) yesterday, looking at people's friendsters. that was entertaining. seriously. aside from looking at everyone's pictures, it was just fun reading people's profiles.

especially the ones that had wrong grammar and were so obviously either stolen from books, or yung mga ginamitan ng thesaurus. yun na..

its an hour and a half to go till the new year. i just wrote my last entry for my 'real' journal/planner kanina, and it was a bit poignant knowing that i'd be putting away that planner and starting a whole new one tomorrow. yup, tomorrow can already be referred to as next year. wow.

 this year has been THE GREATEST  i swear, every day has been such a blessing, and i've been so lucky to have met lots of great people.

i can only hope that 2007 will be even better..
