i start work in a week, and so i just plan on enjoying my last couple of days of being a bum, a dependent and a stress-free, can-sleep-and-wake-up-anytime person.

this includes stuffing my face every chance i get and facebook stalking 'til there's no one left to stalk.

i spent the whole morning filling up pre-employment forms for work. i even had to stop for a while coz my right hand was cramping up. yes, i had to sign THAT many forms.

i start in 5 days! im so excited. actually, im more excited for my first payday haha and its gonna be right on time for my 23rd! hellllooooo shopping spreeeeeee

i havent even gotten my first paycheck yet, and already im spending it in my head... hmmm. MUST.PRACTICE.SELF-CONTROL. MUST.BE.RESPONSIBLE. MUST.SAVE.FOR.THE.FUTURE.

my wake-up call this morning was a surprise, LIVE AND IN PERSON (haha) visit from the bicol boy himself. at 6am. it was such a good surprise that i didnt mind dragging myself out of bed to see him. and what made it even more sweet (is sweeter grammatically correct?? its so early and im so sabaw..) was that i didnt know for sure that he was coming home! i had a vague inkling yes (because he kept asking me questions last night like 'are you home?' over and over), but i wasnt 100% sure.

im already dreading sunday night.. what's the worst that nestle can do to me if i refuse to send cholo back?? haha

the weekend was just what i needed to kick off my "career". haha but seriously, the past 3 days have just been REALLY HAPPY ONES. pardon the mush, but its true. its weird coz nothing eventful really happened, and we didnt even do major things like go out of town, or eat in really nice restaurants, or do something out of the ordinary. if anything, we spent more time cuddling on the couch it was really just so good to be able to catch up and make kuwento face-to-face about everything that's been happening to each of us this past month, and to be able to hug each other, and be all mushy in person. it was hard saying goodbye today, but it was definitely a lot easier than a month ago. plus, he'll be back home next weekend so yeay for that

im SUPER looking forward to this week! its a good kind of anxiety, believe me. finally, finally, finally.

its only been 3 days but im super loving work

its been REALLY tiring but thankfully the people are great and super exag helpful, and im enjoying so yeah. good first week (so far haha) and i made new friends, yeay!

work kept me away from facebook for THREE DAYS. hahaha. daym. you can imagine how many notifications i had when i logged on this afternoon.

will go and catch up on sleep in a while, just because i feel like i may get sick soon. YES I HAVE BECOME BORING LESS GAME TO GO OUT. sorry for tonight RF girls! blame it on the we-we-we-weather.

recap of my first week:

• saying "Hi, I'm Celine" around 40 times. or maybe even more. no joke. complete with a permasmile on my face.
  
• making friends, special mention to Kris who i spent most of the week with. i love how everyone's been so friendly!
  
• the 'back-to-school' feeling i had last tuesday, with my new shoes, and my complete supplies, and my pretty pink water tumbler (thanks boo!).
  
• fast food. everyday. i shall learn to make baon, promise.
  
• amazing race from one building to another, IN THE RAIN (with no umbrellas!), with my orientation teammates (4 people who i barely know), running in and out of (and to and from) elevators.. just to win bite-sized toblerone candy bars. tsk tsk.
  
• (what felt like my own version of) amazing race, from one building to another AGAIN, just to have my id processed, made, and activated. oh and just to get the id lace i wanted so much haha.
• one word: brainwashed. or are those two words?
  
• my office is located near lots and lots of beeeyooootiiifulll stores full of beeeyooootiiifulll things. i feel sorry already for my bank account.
• answering the funniest questions. those were fun though!
  
• AND THE MAJOR HIGHLIGHT OF MY WEEK: a surprise visit yesterday from my babyboo ♥ awwwwww, so sweet!!! i love you!!!! happy 59th month! ♥

this weekend was looooove. i had my first beach outing with my officemates, and what made it even more fun was that cholo was there too! his trip from bicol was last minute, when everyone decided to bring their plus ones along on the trip.. anyway, it was great coz we discovered a new beach (a check on my to-do list for 2009!), bonded with everyone there, drank and ate and laughed and drank some more, played 1 2 3 pass and truth or consequence (wild! tsk tsk.. haha), and spent much needed quality time together awwww. super great weekend! the perfect way to end june, if you ask me.

i took less than 60 pictures. yes yes, i really am losing my fascination (obsession? addiction?) for taking pictures. and all the shots are either of scenery or of teri's baby. haha.

and its back to the office again tomorrow! huhuhu, i'm beginning to miss summer, and lazy days spent doing nothing but sluuuuuuum, and my barkada, and alllllllll my friends.

i just had blue bunny and as a result, im a happy bunny! <3

july starts in just a few days! i love july, obviously. bring it on!

everyone's still on a weekend high, and we spent a good hour (more or less) just talking about all the crazy things that happened. and when i say crazy, i mean craaaaaaazy. good times!

i am ITCHING to go shopping. its been MONTHS since i last shopped huhuhu. two weeks babyyyy! watch me go crazy (word for the day, haha) and splurge. okay, maybe not splurge. im beginning to realize just how easy the student life was, when everything you needed (and most of the things you wanted) were just handed to you. why couldnt i have stayed in that stage forever????

i just found out that there's a Gossip Girl Tour that takes people to (most? some? all? of) the GG spots in New York. i want to diiiiiiiie. one of my dreams is to go to New York and take the Sex and the City Tour. now, i'm adding the GG tour to my wishlist

i promised myself that now that im earning, i'll splurge and spoil myself.. but only until december. january of next year is when i start saving for the future. YES NAMAAAAAAAN. wow, i think i've REALLY grown up!
