i'll always remember going over to your house and getting all kilig about 'Kuya Dong' calling. and how Pop and I would pretend that we were the girls from Clueless, and play dress-up with your clothes and shoes. we were so in awe of you (or, at least, i was) and not just coz you were in high school, and you were so pretty, and you were a model, but also because you were so sweet. you used to tease me too, i would be dressed head-to-toe in pink and you'd ask me, "So, is pink your favorite color?" And I would say, "No, actually my favorite color's blue". And you would laugh.

i'll always remember how i wrote you a palanca for your Days weekend, and how i found it so cool that you had these little thank you cards printed out after, to give to all those who wrote to you. then you got into acting, and you even gave me this autographed picture of you. you were never 'audrey' to me though, you were always 'ate ken ken'.

pop and i grew up, and i saw you less and less since play dates at your house were pretty much non-existent in high school. then i invited pop to join days, and you helped me with everything. we were talking for weeks, and you were so concerned with every little detail. you even gave me a thank you gift after, which i found so thoughtful.

the last time i saw you was around 2 years ago, and it was so great coz you even got to meet cholo. i was so shocked when i heard the news, i still am. you were like another ate to me, and i'll always be grateful for having had the chance to know you.

i'll say a proper good-bye to you on friday. thank you for everything.
